Thank you for shopping at DivAru Mart. We strive to deliver your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier delays, or festive seasons.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
DivAru Mart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Missing Packages
- If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Take a photo/video of the damaged package upon arrival to assist in the claims process.
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please notify us at Orders@divaru.in within 24 hours.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
