Refund and Returns Policy

At DivAru Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a transparent and fair return policy to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Packaging: Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
  • Timeline: The return request must be raised within the timeframe specified below.
  • Exclusions: The product must not be listed under our “Non-Returnable Items” section.

Note: Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected at our discretion.

2. Return Timeframe & Process

  • Deadline: Customers must raise a return request with in 5 day of receiving the product. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
  • How to Initiate: Through Website or Email us at support@divaru.in with the following:
    • Order ID & Product details.
    • Reason for return.

Required: A clear unboxing video of the product and high-resolution images of any defects.

3. Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approval: We will notify you if the refund is approved after inspection.
  • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed and Credited within 15 days of receiving the returned product.
  • Payment Method: 
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment source.
  • COD Orders: Refunded via Bank Transfer or UPI.

4. Exchange Options

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are strictly limited to items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Exchanged/Replaced/Damaged Products will be delivered to you within 15 Days.
  • Timeline: Exchange requests must be raised Within 5 day of delivery.

Availability: Exchanges depend on current stock. If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us immediately (within the same day of delivery).
  • Provide Proof: Share the unboxing video and clear photos of the damage.
  • Do Not Use: Do not use the product if it is arrived damaged. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable on the product page.
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused during transit.
  • Customize Product “Non-Returnable”.
  • Clearance or Sale items “Non-Returnable”.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If we sent the wrong or defective item, DivAru Mart covers all return shipping costs.
  • Customer Preference: For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order is in transit, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
